Does fitness and healthy eating go out of the window when you go on holiday? Of course it does! Its supposed to! But this time on this holiday I’m going to try and be reasonably good. OK you know it probably won’t happen but the intention is there.
I’ve decided that instead of my 80% good 20% not so good I’m just going to drop it to 60/40 only because I’m off to the beach and I’ll be eating ice cream to cool off and enjoying a nice cold sav with my evening meal. Breakfast is easy and all that delicious fruit in oz it can’t be that difficult can it….can it…..
