The Glorious Reward

Hi beautiful,

When you’re feeling a little lost or down or just generally discouraged (it happens to us all) you really need to dig deep into the word of God, his words just elevate us from the enemies clutches of self doubt and faulty thinking.

Hebrews 10:35-36
35 Do not, therefore, fling away your [fearless] confidence, for it has a glorious and great reward. 36 For you have need of patient endurance [to bear up under difficult circumstances without compromising], so that when you have carried out the will of God, you may receive and enjoy to the full what is promised.

Take time to be still, to read, to listen and to soak up his presence.

I’ve found it hard to be still lately, the pace of life just got too fast and I got lost in faulty thinking and self doubt, it became a playground for the enemy, a place where he could lodge discouragement and worthlessness because I let it, because I got too busy. Do not allow it to happen, if you feel it coming set aside time away from everything and be still be still be still.

It’s also about remembering who you are in him that gives you the confidence to be who he wants you to be and through him follow the plans and purpose he has for your life.

Luke 1:45 And blessed [spiritually fortunate and favored by God] is she who believed and confidently trusted that there would be a fulfillment of the things that were spoken to her [by the angel sent] from the Lord.”

Take the time to encourage each other, if you get a verse for a friend don’t be afraid or too busy to pass it on!

Big love girls,
L x
